Wazuh is an open-source cybersecurity international company. The core team is located in Spain, Argentina, and the USA.
My job there was working hand-in-hand with the Marketing team to create (some of) and manage (all of) the Wazuh users, communities, and contact channels: Discord, Reddit, Slack, and Google Groups.
I had to moderate more than 21k users globally, 3k+ online daily, and we had a growth of over 30% of community members in 6 months (from 13k to 20k).

Here, I worked with Resume Genius (via BPO). I was in charge of double-checking the reviews posted by the customers.
The customers use our SaaS platform and then post a review according to their experience with the platform. If the review was positive, I thanked them. If it was negative, I started a conversation by asking what happened, offering some benefits as apologies, and I suggested to the person to leave a better review.
Also, I did brand social media listening and metrics reports every week to evaluate our reputation.
